“Did you know that when your hair is wet, it is at its most fragile? You should always use a wide tooth comb on wet hair as this reduces surface tension and any potential damage or breakage. When brushing your hair, use a brush with well-spaced bristles – this will allow it to pass through the hair without causing too much disruption. If your hair is tangled, tease the tangles out rather than just pulling the brush or comb through really hard. We naturally lose between 50 – 100 hairs each day, most of which fall when we wash, comb or brush our hair: this is normal.
