If you have indicated that your order is a gift for someone, we will endeavour to get it sent to you ASAP and we process them in our systems within 12 hours of receiving the orders from you!
However, we have found that some delivery times can be slightly longer than expected. If your package is late to arrive, please be patient, as it will be worth the wait!
OUR RETURNS POLICY
We pride ourselves on ensuring our products are made and packaged with the utmost care, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary.
At Cel, we offer a 30 day return policy to our customers. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be sealed, unopened and returned within the 30 day window indicated above.Â

You will have 30 days from the time you receive the return label to send the items back to us. Return labels not returned past 30 days will be voided.
To expedite the refund process, once you have posted the package you can simply reply to the email that provided the return slip and let us know you have sent the items back.

Alternatively, we can offer you an immediate 30% refund should you wish to keep the product and share it with friends or family.
For all products sold without a money-back guarantee, returns and refunds are only permitted if the product arrives to you in a damaged condition (e.g., a broken bottle) or the product is not the product that you ordered over the Website.
